Ms. Snow's scope of experience has included large health systems and health plans, including tertiary/academic organizations such as the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, as well as large physician group practices. Her areas of expertise include: strategic planning, provider/health plan administration and revenue cycle management.
Prior to joining the Firstsource organization, she worked to develop the strategic plans for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA. and the Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA.
Ms. Snow is a graduate of the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA where she holds a Master's in Public Management with Highest Distinction, and with a concentration in the management health care systems. She is enrolled and plans to pursue completion of a PhD. program in Health Care Ethics.
Ms. Snow was an original member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association's (HFMA) Patient Friendly Billing Task Force, and was a candidate for HFMA's 2007 National Board of Directors. She frequently speaks on this organization's behalf regarding the areas of Health Systems, Revenue Cycle and Consumerism.
