Our mission is treating every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect. We ensure this mission by challenging our employees to exceed expectations. We ask them to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience for patients. Our approach goes beyond supporting patients through the Eligibility process. We focus on the holistic needs of the family, providing information on food, shelter, and education.

Our goal is to impact challenges and circumstances that adversely affect the health of uninsured and underserved families, children and youth, seniors and other adults within all the communities in which we serve. MedAssist strives to deliver the highest quality of service at every level of support. We know that patients may need services such as clothing, food, or a place to stay. There are also many other issues a patient may be facing, such as how to pay your utility bills, how to find childcare and how to receive job training. MedAssist partners with agencies that can help with a patient's particular needs.

MedAssist understands and knows that finding the services a patient needs can be difficult and complicated, and you may not know where to go. Our patient representatives are trained on what is available in a patient's respective community and are there to assist patients.

Program eligibility is explored for each family member - We treat the whole family. Contact persons, addresses and telephone numbers for these programs are provided. We cooperate with administrators of the programs to assist the patients in obtaining maximum benefits. With the help of these services, we strive to make each patient's life a little less complicated. We are here to help patients live a happy and healthier life through our assistance.
