Account Resolution Specialists follow-up on medical insurance denials on behalf of our clients. We will resubmit medical insurance claims with corrected information, write appeals on insurance denials, research and troubleshoot claims. The goal is to collect on outstanding balances from the insurance carriers and generate payments for the client on their aging accounts receivables. We are seeking applicants who have experience with medical insurance billing and follow-up. A high school diploma is required for this position.
