Private Pay Representatives

Private Pay Representatives assist patients in resolving their hospital account balances. Our staff of professionals will investigate various options with patients to assist in settling their accounts. We will follow-up on the patient's insurance denials, consider them for charity write-offs, and schedule payment arrangements. This is a call-center position. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service and negotiating skills. Healthcare call center experience, patient accounting and/or collections experience is helpful. A high school diploma is required.
