Private Pay Representatives assist patients in resolving their hospital account balances. Our staff of professionals will investigate various options with patients to assist in settling their accounts. We will follow-up on the patient's insurance denials, consider them for charity write-offs, and schedule payment arrangements. This is a call-center position. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service and negotiating skills. Healthcare call center experience, patient accounting and/or collections experience is helpful.
