Patient Account Representatives work with patients by telephone to establish their eligibility for public aid programs (Medicaid/Charity). They guide patients through the application process for programs. Work with caseworkers and other agencies that provide the assistance on their cases. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, social work/Medicaid experience is helpful, bilingual skills are a plus, and a high school diploma is required.
